My How Things Have Changed

How long has it been? Too long! I've been meaning to post for so long, but my days and nights have been completely full. I am officially training for my Triathlon in May and have a strict schedule for swimming, biking, and running that keeps me at the gym for 2-3 hrs every day (Home after 9 pm) but Mondays and Fridays. Then I do yoga! Kris has been quite understanding, and even joined Weight Watchers yesterday! He says he wants to keep up with me! I've now lost 130.8 lbs and am feeling quite good. I'm so thankful to be so active and feel so healthy. One year ago I couldn't imagine doing this triathlon, and here I am working my behind off, literally!
Here is my current schedule:
Mondays: Yoga
Tuesdays: Swim 1/2 mile or more, bike 45 minute or more (sometimes I do Zumba: an aerobic dance class with my coworkers instead), and do weights
Wednesdays: Bike 80 minutes, run 30 minutes
Thursdays: Run 35 minutes, swim 3/4 mile, do weights
Fridays: off, do yoga
Saturdays: Run 45 minutes, swim 45 minutes, and do weights
Sundays: Bike 2-3 hrs (my favorite day!)

There is some flexibility to the order, but that is my routine, and once a month I have a "rest" week where I do 25% less. That happens to fall on the week we are on our cruise to the Western Carribean this Feb! We are so excited! Its a Carnival cruise and we have to dress up for dinner every night and I've borrowed some gorgeous dresses from my friends and found a few on clearance that I cannot wait to wear! I've coordinated Kris's ties, and am even planning on wearing my wedding jewlery. Kris has aggreed to try biking in Cozumel if his MS isn't acting up, and we plan on snorkeling alot. I'm going to try to work in a free ocean swim for practice for May, but without the wetsuit as the Carribean temps will be warm!
So, you're all caught up now, and I am off to run this morning! Miss you all! Will update when we get back!
