Happy New Year!
Today is a brand new year! I worked today, but spent the evening looking through pictures from this year and thanking God for the weight loss he has allowed me! I am so thankful for my new body and new lifestyle. I have been so busy skiing, biking, and working that blogging is the final unfinished 2008 thing on my to do list (besides taking down my Christmas Decor!)
Current Stats: 125 lbs down, 40 to go! Abbie has reminded me that I have met my first goal: size 14 and under 200 lbs! I really thought I'd be happy at my current weight and size, but alas, being a perfectionist I know I must keep going until I reach my healthy weight and am no longer considered obese or overweight. So, hopefully April or May at the latest I will reach my next weight goal! I continue to love being active and am very thankful for my loss thus far. Here is my most recent pics and unfortunately NO pictures from Christmas! I forgot my camera and haven't been good about taking any. I even forgot it on my skiing trip too! Oh well. I hope all is well with you all and the new year is a good one!

YOU are an amazing woman!! Congrats on reaching your goal...you look beautiful! I'm sorry it didn't work out to get together this Christmas. :( I guess it couldn't be helped. What Jeff and I will need to do is go to Florence to see you and Abbie both. We won't plan it, we'll just sneak over when you least expect. If we don't plan, it will work out perfectly, right? :D By the way thank you so much for the gifts! The wrist cozy is perfect and so thoughtful. Next time I'm practicing too hard for an offertory I'll pop those on. I was thinking about getting hand warmers but these are better. Benjamin LOVES the book. He likes touching all the sparkly pages.
